#futon is the channel on EFnet for
thefuton.com.
IRC, Internet Relay Chat, is a way for people to chat over the internet that consists of many servers connected to each other. You can access it using an IRC client, such as
mIRC.
Once you are connected, type
/join #futon to join the channel (a channel is IRC's equivalent of a "chat room").
The colomn on the right includes several people who are in the channel frequently. Click the nick for information about the person.
